Petra Tucker was my listing agent for a property in Newport News Virginia. She is a tremendous agent and a beautiful person. I asked her for your email address last week so that I could provide you with my comments regarding her service; she was hesitant (humble), but I told her I would find out on my own if need be. Her knowledge of the market from both the seller's and buyer's perspective is tantamount only to the integrity she naturally possesses. I relocated to Houston, TX in the middle of the real estate transaction and Petra handled every detail with the utmost professionalism. From the beginning to the end her service was impeccable. I interviewed other agents before selecting Petra and their presentations failed in comparison. A memorable and outstanding feature was her willingness to conduct open houses herself when other agents would have someone else provide that service. I thought that was out of the ordinary for someone with her level of experience and was highly impressed with her willingness to be proactive. The quality of service she provided was exceptional. As a buyer for the U.S. Government, I deal daily with customers and enquirers and have never received the level of service Petra provided.
